Instructions for repairs
Before sending the defective devices, please send an RMA (Return Material Authorization) request to our repair and service department.
This RMA process serves to ensure the structured and unambiguous return of goods and avoids subsequent inquiries.
Please note our Information on the RMA process and use exclusively our RMA form.
Once you have completed the RMA form, please send it as an Excel file via email to service@dct-delta.de
More Information
After registering your RMA request with us, you will receive an RMA number to complete the RMA form. Please include a copy of the completed RMA form with this RMA number in each shipping carton. The barcode for the RMA form in TTF format can be found [here/below/etc.]. here.
Instructions for submissions
Shipments without an RMA number cannot be processed! Our receiving department only accepts packages addressed to our premises (postage paid). service@dct-delta.de (Incoterm 2020: DDP).
For shipments from non-EU countries, we always require a copy of the DELTA invoice for the faulty product for customs clearance.
