Your challenge
- Overall responsibility for the area of solution design and system solutions
- Leadership and development of an interdisciplinary team (engineering, presales, architecture)
- Development of customized end-to-end solutions in the field of communication and wireless technologies.
- Close collaboration with sales, product management and international stakeholders
- Definition of solution strategies and technological roadmaps
- Support for complex customer projects and tenders
- Ensuring the quality, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of the solutions
Your profile
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, information technology or a comparable field
- Several years of management experience in the areas of Solutions / Engineering / Presales
- Solid technical understanding of telecommunications, wireless or network technologies
- Experience in developing complex system solutions
- Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Very good German and English skills
